Experts in timber assembly
Modern timber construction is our bread and butter. We have access to specialised timber assembly equipment, and our team is made up of people with knowledge of building with timber. This has allowed us to erect complicated and large timber structures, even those spanning over 60 metres.
On one wavelength with the design and manufacturing companies
We work in one office with glulam structure manufacturing and engineering companies. We constantly consult each other, look for solutions and come to quick conclusions. This helps us to provide high-quality construction, saving our clients time, money and energy.
Experience in the Nordics
Since 2020, we have also been operational as a construction company in the Nordic countries (NUF 826 544 902). Our core service there is timber assembly.
Managing construction projects
In addition to erecting timber structures, we are also able to provide other services necessary for building: from the foundation, roof, electrics, drainage and plumbing to landscaping. We also have experience as a general contractor.

Sentral godkjenning approval in class 3 for assembly and structural design.

About ZAZA TIMBER Construction
ZAZA TIMBER Construction SIA is part of the ZAZA Group which also includes a manufacturer of glulam structures and a timber structural design company. This close relationship allows us to offer our clients full service, including the design and manufacture of timber structures. The letters A and Z in the ZAZA brand name point to the wide range of specialized services we offer with regards to constrution of timber structures – a full service cycle from A to Z.
ZAZA TIMBER Construction has experience in building public and private buildings – office buildings, open-air concert halls, factories, residential buildings, sports facilities, petrol and EV charging stations. Since 2020, we also operate in the Nordic countries.
We have a close relationship with Igate, a road construction company, one of the largest road and infrastructure companies in Latvia. This gives us easier access to extra human resources, construction equipment, geodesy services and raw materials. As a result, we are easily able to provide other parallel construction and landscaping services.
