The TZMO logistics and office center will be one of the largest timber buildings in Latvia in recent years. ZAZA TIMBER have three roles in the project – we are a designer, a producer of glulam structures, and a builder.
In the first phase, an 18.9 m high logistics center with an area of 3226 m2 will be built.
Assembly of timber structures began in May. In the following months in parallel to construction we will manufacture other glulam structures for this building. This is our biggest manufacturing project with 550 m3 glulam structures (outdoing the Mītava concert hall, for which we manufactured 521 m3 glulam in 2018). Glulam structures come prefabricated – with steel connectors installed, making fast assembly possible.
