ZAZA TIMBER Production (previously: IKTK) manufactured the 259 m3 glulam beams and columns from spruce, with a strength category of GL28h. This was ordered by Skonto Prefab, who were responsible for assembling all the wooden structures.

We made the structures with CNC processing as prefabricated parts in accordance with the technical drawings. We did all the drilling, sawing and milling necessary for assembly.

This project had a large variety of beams and columns: 103 part types and a total of 400 parts. The beams were of various widths, lengths and heights. The longest beams were 12.5 meters long, and the tallest columns were 7.9 m tall.

Manufacturing time: three months.
