In July 2023, ZAZA TIMBER Construction SIA, the timber assembly unit of ZAZA TIMBER group, signed an agreement with Byggnads – the trade union for all construction workers working in Sweden.
According to the agreement with Byggnads ZAZA TIMBER will be able to do timber structure assembly (limträ, massivt trä, KL-trä) and installation of steel couplings and connectors in Sweden. ZAZA TIMBER obliges to fulfill all Byggnads requirements regarding salaries, compensations, taxes, work and living conditions.
Byggnads is the trade union for all construction workers working in Sweden representing more than 100,000. As a trade union, Byggnads works for better wages and a safer working environment.
Byggnads negotiate collective agreements with employers, defend construction workers’ rights at work and provide them with support in the event of illness or unemployment.
