The TZMO office, logistics center and warehouse in Riga have been put into operation. It is one of the largest wooden buildings in Latvia in recent years. In this project, ZAZA TIMBER was the structural ding designer, manufacturer of glued laminated timber structures and constructor of all of all timber structures.
The logistics center and warehouse is 18.9 m high, its area is 3226 m2. It is connected to a two-story office building with a total area of about 1500 m2. More than 1150 m3 of timber structures were used in the construction, of which the majority – 803 m3 are glued laminated timber (glulam) beams, columns and curved panels. 347 m3 of CLT panels were used for the construction of office walls and interfloor ceilings.
