For the facades and balconies of this four-storey spa hotel, we manufactured 277 m3 glulam timber panels, beams and columns.

Production part of the project
ZAZA TIMBER Production (previously: IKTK) manufactured 277 m3 of glulam timber beams, as well as columns and panels from spruce, with a strength category of GL28h.
We did all the drilling, milling and sawing necessary for assembly. We made the structures using CNC processing as prefabricated parts in accordance with the technical drawings.
This project included many large-scale details and a great variety of different beam and column sizes, with a total of 233 parts. The beams were of different widths, lengths and heights. The longest beams were 14.2 meters long. Some of the structures, for example, the floor panels, were made with varying inclines.
We treated the surfaces of the parts using various techniques, increasing fire safety and protecting them against moisture.
We manufactured and delivered the structures in parts, according to the assembly schedule.
